Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of Huellink by veterinary clinics, professionals, pet owners and other authorized users.

Version 1.0-2026-09-06 · September 6, 2026
Scope of Huellink. Huellink is a technology platform for management, digital identification and collaboration in pet care and reunification. It does not provide veterinary services, diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or replace the judgment of a veterinary professional.

1. Acceptance and legal capacity

By creating an account or using Huellink, the user declares that they have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Anyone registering a veterinary clinic declares that they have sufficient capacity and authorization to act on its behalf. Professional accounts are intended for adults or persons legally authorized to use them.

2. Service

Depending on the subscribed plan or trial period, Huellink may offer tools to manage pets and owners, record vaccinations and history, generate profiles and QR codes, view scans, publish lost pets, generate posters, and facilitate contact between a person who finds a pet and its family.

3. Professional responsibility of the veterinary clinic

The veterinary clinic and its users are responsible for the accuracy, relevance and updating of the clinical, administrative or contact information they enter. Any medical, health or therapeutic decision is the exclusive responsibility of duly authorized professionals and not Huellink.

4. Owner data and authorization to upload it

The veterinary clinic agrees to upload only data that it has the right to process, to inform its clients about the use of Huellink when appropriate, and to comply with applicable data-protection regulations. It must not add information that is unnecessary for the purpose of the service.

5. Digital identification and QR

The profile and QR code are complementary identification tools. They do not replace identification methods required by applicable law, nor do they guarantee that a lost pet will be found, identified or returned. Their operation may depend on connectivity, devices, service availability and third-party cooperation.

6. Lost pet network

When a public post is activated, certain pet and contact details selected for that purpose may become publicly visible. The person publishing the post is responsible for reviewing which information they wish to expose. Huellink may moderate, hide or remove false, abusive or unlawful posts, or posts that compromise the safety of third parties.

7. Location of findings

Sharing the location of a person who finds a pet is voluntary. The user must decide whether they wish to share it. Huellink does not guarantee the accuracy of coordinates obtained from the device or the identity of the person reporting a finding.

8. Service availability

Huellink seeks to keep the platform available and secure, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, third-party failures, connectivity, security events or other causes. Huellink does not promise uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors.

9. Plans, trials and Premium features

Available features may vary by plan. Trial periods may expire and revert to a basic plan. Unless expressly stated otherwise, plan expiration does not automatically delete stored information; certain features may become blocked or read-only.

10. Permitted use

Huellink may not be used to impersonate others, harass, publish false information, access data without authorization, circumvent security measures, automate abusive access, distribute malware, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

11. Account security

Each user must protect their credentials and report unauthorized access of which they become aware. The veterinary clinic is responsible for properly managing its staff accounts.

12. Reasonable limitations of liability

Huellink does not guarantee reunion outcomes, diagnoses, treatments or clinical outcomes. It is also not responsible for professional decisions made by veterinary clinics, content uploaded by users, acts of third parties, or incorrect information provided by them. This clause applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not waive any mandatory rights held by consumers or users.

13. Changes

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service, security or applicable law. When a change is material, Huellink may request renewed acceptance and retain the version accepted by each account.

14. Applicable law

The service is governed by the laws applicable in the Argentine Republic, including data-protection laws and, where applicable, consumer-protection laws.

15. Contact

The service provider is identified as Huellink. The legal contact channel will be the one officially provided by Huellink on the platform.

This text is a reasonable commercial basis for the MVP. Before public launch and charging subscriptions, it is advisable for an Argentine lawyer to review the provider's legal identity, address, billing, distance contracting, cancellations and any specific applicable obligations.
