The Huellink Code identifies the pet, but it does not automatically expose private data. Connections with veterinary clinics follow an authorization flow, and the family decides what information is published when a pet is lost.

Is Mi Huellink free for families?
Yes. You can create your family account, register your pets and generate their Huellink identification without subscribing to a veterinary plan.
Do I need a veterinary clinic to register a pet?
No. The pet belongs to your Mi Huellink account and can exist without any veterinary clinic connected.
Can I connect a pet with more than one veterinary clinic?
Yes. Huellink supports multiple connections. Each relationship is managed independently and requires authorization.
What happens if my pet gets lost?
You can mark them as lost and decide whether to publish them on the public Huellink network. If published, their profile can be shared to make contact and reunion easier.
Does the Huellink Code let people see all my data?
No. The Huellink Code is used to identify the pet. Private data and veterinary clinic connections are not unlocked simply by knowing the code.
